Reviews and Ratings
I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The Venetia suite was a pleasant surprise, although the overwhelming odor from the fireplace was a downside. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when providing detailed information for my journey back. The location offered a nice change of scenery, making me feel like I was truly on a getaway. The dining experience was satisfying but could have had more variety. Overall, a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel had beautiful décor modeling a different country and culture, clean rooms exceeding expectations, and great amenities, but the hotel seemed a bit run down and disheveled. The location was absolutely beautiful near a vineyard, but it needed some work. The dining experience offered a delicious quiche for breakfast but was slightly disrupted by noisy floors. Overall, a mixed experience with some notable highlights and minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of wonderful and disappointing experiences. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, tastefully decorated with antiques and special touches, but they needed a deep clean as cobwebs clung to the ceiling and dust covered the baseboards. The service, overall polite and accommodating, included a struggle to get the room and housekeeping to move our belongings. The location, amidst vineyards and offering a variety of scenic spots, was lovely, but the tasting room was unimpressive. The dining experience ranged from lackluster with limited options to exceptional dishes made by a real chef. Despite some flaws, the stay was enjoyable.
